I had the opportunity to fly aboard a restored B-17 in March of 2008 at Dallas Love Field. The exhibit was at the Frontier's of Flight Museum. I won't try to detail all the history of this particular B-17G known as the "Nine-0-Nine" which flew in the European theater of World War II. Details can be found from a google search and by visiting the Collings Foundation web site. This page is best viewed on your browser set to I.E. 7.0 and 1024 x 768. Thanks for looking.
